ARE THE FLOWERS REAL?

Yes. All of our luxury one-year roses are just that, real fresh-cut flowers that have been preserved.

WHERE ARE THEY FROM?

Our Preserved Flowers come from a farm in Ecuador, where they are carefully preserved at the peak of bloom to ensure the longevity and beauty of each flower. Ecuadorian flowers are well known for cultivating the best quality of flowers globally and are the largest exporter of flowers in the world.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

Our line of Preserved Flowers, Eternity Flowers, Forever Flowers, last up to 3 years. Avoid direct sunlight and do not water the flowers. Keep them in their original packaging and lightly dust them if needed.

HOW TO CARE FOR PRESERVED ROSES?

• La Magnifique Fleur arrangements are designed to be stored indoors only.

• Do not water your roses, it is not required to keep them fresh for all four seasons.

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme humidity as this can shorten their lifespan.

• Store and display your arrangement in a cool and dry place, at room temperature.

• Do not place anything on top of the roses or remove them from the box, they are happy in there.

• The lid is meant to be placed on either side or under the box, and not on the top as doing so may crush the roses.

• If dust collects over time, use a soft duster to remove it gently.

• Be mindful when moving around your arrangement, it’s a very delicate product.

I HAVE ALLERGIES, WILL THEY AFFECT ME?

No. This is one of the many advantages of preserved roses as all the pollen vanishes as part of the preservation process, so no more sneezing or itchy eyes for hay fever sufferers.

CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER?

COULD I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO THE RECEIVER?

Yes! This option is available during checkout. We will write your message onto our greeting cards and place it in an envelope.

DO YOU DO SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Yes. We offer same-day delivery in Winnipeg and West St. Paul, East St. Paul, Headingley, and St.Norbert, you will need to place the order by 12PM PST to receive it on the same day.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER SHIP?

Please, allow up to 4-7 days business days for us to process and ship your order.
